Thank you for shopping with Dipti Consumer Products. We are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and in excellent condition. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India.

  • Within Pune: Orders are delivered through our local delivery partners.
  • Outside Pune: Orders are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability is subject to the serviceability of the destination PIN code.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Pune: Same day or next business day (where local delivery service is available)
  • Within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, destination, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors including:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery method selected

The applicable shipping charges are displayed before payment.

 

Delivery to Remote or Non-Serviceable Locations

While we strive to deliver across India, certain remote or restricted PIN codes may occasionally become non-serviceable due to courier network limitations.

If, after confirmation of your order, we are unable to deliver to your location, we will promptly notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details via email and/or SMS (where applicable).

 

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to ensure products reach you safely.

Certain liquid products, chemical formulations, and fragile items may receive additional protective packaging to minimize the risk of transit damage.

As part of our commitment to reducing packaging waste and promoting environmentally responsible practices, some orders may be shipped in clean, sturdy, reused cartons that are in excellent condition.

Please be assured that while the outer carton may be reused, all products inside are brand new, unused, securely packed, and handled with the same care and quality standards.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, torn, crushed, or leaking, please take photographs before opening it and contact our customer support within 48 hours. This helps us investigate the issue quickly with our courier partners.

 

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking package
  • An incorrect product
  • Missing items

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photographs of the outer package
  • Photographs of the product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

 

Multiple Shipments

While we make every effort to ship all items in an order together, certain orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability, packaging requirements, or courier logistics.

There will be no additional shipping charges for such split shipments unless otherwise communicated.

 

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the shipment

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.

 

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier network delays
