At Dipti Consumer Products, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of many of our products, including home care formulations, cosmetic ingredients, fragrances, and chemical products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

We accept returns only if:

  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product has leaked during transit.
  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For reasons of hygiene, safety, quality assurance, and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The product seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • The product was ordered by mistake.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You did not like the fragrance, colour, texture, or appearance of the product.
  • The product was not suitable for your intended application despite matching the product description.
  • DIY ingredients or raw materials have been opened or partially used.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Photographs of the product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Inspection of Returned Products

Where a return is approved, the product may be inspected upon receipt before a refund or replacement is processed.

If the returned product is found to have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original packaging where required, we reserve the right to reject the claim.

Replacements

Where applicable, we may choose to provide a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement eligibility will depend on:

  • Product availability
  • Nature of the issue
  • Verification of the claim

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where:

  • We shipped the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error or a verified product defect, return shipping arrangements will be made by us wherever feasible.

Customers should not return products without prior authorization from our customer support team.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.

Refusal to Accept Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason or provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address resulting in the shipment being returned to us, the original shipping charges and any return shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

DIY Ingredients & Raw Materials

Many DIY ingredients, cosmetic raw materials, fragrances, and chemical products are supplied for formulation and manufacturing purposes.

As storage conditions, handling methods, and formulation practices are beyond our control after delivery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on formulation results, compatibility with other ingredients, or finished product performance.

Customers are encouraged to conduct small-scale trials before commercial production.
